roasting pumpkin seeds
I'm glued to my tv watching every little change in election results.
So. much. anxiety.
This is nuts.
Nail biter.
I'm passing the time sorting through pics on my laptop...
found some from the pumpkin seeds we roasted last week...
so here goes... :)
I don't do anything fancy.
At all.
But it works and I've been doing it forever, so I stick with it.
Scoop the seeds and guts.
Wash off the guts.
Spray a baking sheet with Pam and spread the seeds into a single layer.
Add a bit of butter and salt.
Roast in a 400 degree oven for 20-ish minutes, stirring occasionally.
See? So fancy! Haha.
