Well, the realization hit me the other day that, beautiful 75 degree days or not, fall's a-coming and my little patch of veggies and herbs are going to be kaput very soon.
So I spent naptime making perfectly portioned pesto to freeze. Same recipe as last year, from Williams Sonoma. Can't beat it.
Oh I just love fresh basil. Mmmmmmm.
