Toddler pillowcases

My love of IKEA textiles will never end.

I just finished making pillowcases for my 3 year old from their awesome Fabler fabric.  Who knew it would be a challenge to find pillowcases for toddler pillows?

Oh, who am I kidding?  I like making them myself better, anyway.

He chose the "an-mill" fabric himself...

And I (not surprisingly) chose the red gingham.

Sweet dreams, little guy!

  1. Those are adorable! They look like they're vintage.

  2. They are so cute.

This would be a great tutorial..... hmmmmm ?

  3. I have an IKEA close by and go there from time to time, but I have never tried their fabric. You have inspired me to check it out. Very cute pillow cases!

  4. Really really cute! I had no idea they sold fabric there, but then I overlook a lot of things in life... LOL

  5. I made an entire slipcover out of that red gingham. Lining up the checks was a royal pain, but I want to lick the chair every time I walk into my nursery, so I guess it was worth it.

  6. Gasp! I love it. I have plain bedding on my son's bed, and love to change out the pillow cases. Soooo cute!

  7. I LOVE your blog! The toddler size pillows are hard to find. Did you make the pillow insert as well? Love these!

  8. you come up with the cutest stuff to make!

i have major ikea (close by) jealousy! 2 hour drive away for me. :( i love going. but an all day commitment with drive & of course the hours to shop. :)

p.s. can't wait to see what you have planned for the older aprons!

  9. Those are really sweet looking. I sure wish they had an Ikea closer to were I live.

  10. Hola amiga, muy buenas tus creaciones, te felicito!

  11. So cute! LOVE your fabric choices.
